CENDRÉ offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Securely place the jewelry in its original CENDRÉ box and pouch to ensure protection during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
